i dunno wad's got into me today.. i went to give lactulose to a patient who is on NBM!!!

omg.. luckily only 10mls n she didn drink any water together with it...

feel so bad.. luckily oso she is not scheduled for op till late in the night n she even get to eat her diet..

i'm not observant enough!!!!!

i'm starting to dislike my CI...

going to have night shift starting next 2 weeks!! kind of look forward to it but abit scared at the same time haha!!
